To check the status of your latest order, review the tracking link provided in the confirmation email. There, you can track the status of your order in real time. If you haven't received the email in your main inbox, please check the promotions or spam folder.
All orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within 48-72 hours for the Peninsula. If your order has exceeded the estimated time frame, do not hesitate to contact us at info@thesocollective.com, providing your order number.
Please note that to ensure delivery within the specified time frame, orders must be placed Monday through Friday before 4:00 PM. If the order is placed on a non-business day, the time frame will begin from the next business day.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping. The cost of international shipping will be displayed in your cart before completing the purchase, based on the postal code provided in the delivery address.
Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Times
All domestic orders (Spain, Peninsula) are processed, shipped, and delivered within 48-72 hours for the Peninsula.
International orders are processed, shipped, and delivered within 4-7 days. The specific delivery time will be detailed in the purchase confirmation email.

RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your new mat, you can request a return within 14 days of the purchase date.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customized orders cannot be returned. Once we receive the product and verify that the packaging and mat are in perfect condition, we will process the refund within 72 hours.
